Long time fan here! Your SU art is so great its like you're one of the shows artists! Can I ask if you have any plans to do an ask blog for SU like you did for the Adventure Time Ice Finn Au? I'd follow it so fast if you had the time to do it!! :)

Thank you!!

And I won’t say it’ll never happen, because who knows!

you should totally talk to some of the SU creators on tumblr (like jeff liu, he even checked out my trash artwork once haha) ! I'm sure they'll love your art and want you, either to work on SU or maybe a future show, but your artwork is too good to camp out like this!! Seriously talk to them ahhh your artworks great

Thank you : )

I’ve admittedly had a few “sempai noticed me” moments and they’re always ultra cool, but it’s like..man, I don’t even know. I have enough trouble telling artists that I like that I, well, like them - I always feel like I might easily be coming off as kinda creepy? And that goes double for people with larger followings (either professional or amateur) where they probably get tons of stuff coming their way anyway.

I don’t want to put my life on hold hoping for someone to notice me, either. I would LOVE that kind of opportunity, but I can’t just wait around for it. I tried to do that for a while, and just like “waiting around” generally implies, I didn’t get anywhere. Now I have plans for the future set in motion, even if they’re not illustration-based, so if the opportunity did strike I don’t know if I could feasibly even take it? Which…is a bit sad, I guess, but again, I can’t wait around. It’s not like I’m going ahead with something I wouldn’t like to do, either. ,: )

…Well, that got more personal than I was going for. Sorry about that.

(But seriously, I’d still love to draw a variant cover for the comic or something, even if career-wise I’m elsewhere. That would be really really cool.)

If you were a crystal gem; where would your gem be?

Turquoise, all the way.

…sorry, I don’t have a gemsona or anything like that. But if I did, it would be Turquoise.

EDIT: I cannot read English apparently, and my answer is a resounding…I dunno?

Your Steven universe artwork resembles so much to the show!!! Did you apply for the storyboard artist thing they were doing?

Thank you! And I was going to, but they removed it before I could apply ,: )

Not gonna lie, my lines are something I’ve spent a lot of time practicing, so it’s really cool to hear someone complimenting them!
