Somehow I timed my first post in at least a month exactly with the KH3 reveal
Time to sink back in to the ether. Definitely gonna wait a bit for the AC blog post, since I don’t think anybody really cares right now :,D
So, I haven’t been on Tumblr for…more than a month, for sure. It’s been part me being legitimately busy and part apathy, really (I’ve gotten extremely good at that whole apathy thing in the last year, much to my chagrin). Anyway, figured I’d throw around a few life updates:
- I’m done with classes for summer, thank goodness. Though plenty’s been happening at home to keep me busy, and plenty will continue to be happening to keep me busy.
- For those of you who follow SaB on the starmen.net forums and are worried about the thread being locked…yeah, apparently that happened. I had nothing to do with it, and frankly I don’t blame their mods for it or anything - it’s been a long, long time since I’ve updated at all, never mind posted in the thread. If you didn’t see me posting things on tumblr (let’s not count the last month-ish, whoops), you’d think I’d completely given up on the project in its entirety. Which, I assure you, is not the case. I’ve mentioned it a few times, but I have no plans on giving up on SaB, even if it takes…uh, a really long time to get done. A longer time than already, at least.
- Animal Crossing is a thing and expect a blog post about it later - just transferred some screencaps to my computer. Don’t worry - it’ll be read more’d, and tagged as “nona crossing new leaf” for your blocking purposes (and not tagged as anything else to keep from increasing the flood of blog posts I’m sure are overflowing in said tags right now). I haven’t been here for the last few days, but I’m sure the huge amounts of AC posts have been extremely exasperating for those who really don’t care XD Future blog posts (which will not be a regularly scheduled thing, and probably not all have screencaps) will also be tagged as thus.
Apple Kid and Orange Kid
Orange Kid stuck up his nose as his Apple Kid waved at him in greeting, a mouse of some sort crawling up his sleeve; he ate a lonely meal to the sound of clanging and laughter next door and decided that, the next day, he’d finish the Super Orange Machine to drown out the noise.

Lucas and Flint? O:
Lucas wanted to give in to that brief, half-thought of an urge and tear the badge from his shirt to throw at his father’s feet…at least until he saw the look on Flint’s face, with no wide-rimmed hat to conceal it: he had seen the glint of bright metal and understood exactly what it was, and looked just as terrified as Lucas must have, so much so that the idea vanished entirely and Lucas’s hand, in defeat, fell again to brush against Claus’s hair.

Ice King Finn!
There were moments when the chill of frost and safety thawed, just slightly, and he felt uncertain - those were the nights that, in the Ice Kingdom, it snowed the longest.

Ness and Claus
Claus wondered if he’d smiled so wide before the day he set off for the Drago Plateau; Ness wondered if he’d frowned so deep before the day the meteorite fell.

Duster and Kumatora
There had been a slight odor wafting around him, at first; Kumatora wasn’t sure if they’d been in enough hot springs, or traveled far too long, or if she’d merely gotten used to it, but it didn’t seem so bad, now.

PMMM/Mother franchise crossover
At the ends of their respective journeys, the three boys would wonder if perhaps there had been one more person standing just behind them, one last companion to fill them with hope when there should have been none.
