So, guys, here’s the deal: I never use my dA (except to browse for tutorials and brushes and stuff), and I was considering moving SaB’s non-Starmen posting to SmackJeeves.
(This is also because the only reason I bought premium on dA was for the organizational stuff for SaB - gotta have that extra column in the front dedicated to it and stuff! - and a year of Donator status for comics on SmackJeeves - which I would need to even upload some of SaB’s pages due to file size, silly colored comic pages - for a year is markedly cheaper than dA’s premium fee for a year.)
As far as my non-SaB art goes, I’ve just been posting everything basically exclusively to Tumblr, anyway? I, uh, really like how easy it is to post images to Tumblr, and I draw so many doodles that I would never post to dA that I really feel like buying premium there just for SaB is a waste. Similarly, it’s a lot easier to read a comic on SmackJeeves than it is on dA, where half the time I have no clue how to get to the next page, and I posted the thing.
But, of course, that means I’d have to reupload all the pages to SmackJeeves and such. And make buttons and things. Stuff like that. Anyway, I was just wondering what people’s opinions were on this matter?

Sorry for asking but how come you don't believe in it? Yeah I know random..
Well, I’m not going to go in to too much detail (partially to spare everybody hardcore triggered by apocalypse stuff - sorry!), but the main source of my disbelief is the actual idea of the “end” of the Mayan’s long count calendar. Specifically in the fact that it doesn’t actually “end,” per se - the calendar’s circular, it’s just the end of a very ultra-specific set of years and the start of a new ultra-specific set of years. So it’s basically like y2k. But with Mayans.
And honestly, whether or not you believe in the world ending sometime in the next 25 hours (oh, PST~), a word of encouragement: there is nothing to be done.
…I know, that actually sounds really damn pessimistic when I say it that way, and I know the thought of the world ending can be legitimately terrifying (I am such a worrywart, you have no idea). When I say this, I in no means wish to belittle the concept as a general thing, nor put down those who believe in it coming. But it’s true, and not meant as a pessimistic viewpoint in the slightest: how do you expect to hold back this big, world-changing and/or world-ending who-knows-what? So really, why stress out about it? Why draw back into worry and fear, whether or not it even happens? If the world ends, it ends, if the world doesn’t, then you have the rest of your life to look forward to. And honestly, I’d rather believe in that.
We now return you to your regularly scheduled fandom blog : P

Hugs before the apocalypse?
Uh, sure! I don’t necessary believe in this whole apocalypse thing (read: I don’t and I can’t wait for all of this to be over), but I understand that some people do and, honestly, I’m all up for hugs even when there isn’t a possible world-ending precedent!
So, hugs for everybody! *hugs*

Changed my avatar to something more festive.
I can’t help but see you being all tangled up and looking adorable, Shiro. :3
Haha, thanks :,D ( Though in reality being tangled in cords like that would suck. But AS LONG AS I’M ALSO ADORABLE, WE’RE ALL GOOD ; D )

Firstly… I am jubilant.
I do have hopes/reservations about it though.
Ideally, I’d love remakes and U.S. releases for all three games, but let’s face it: MOTHER3 is perfectly playable thanks to the awesome fan translation, and while I’d love a remake/official release (if only because a chance…
I basically agree 100%?
