Meanwhile, Kuruk and I have been constructing a complicated headcanon where an Ice King Finn of ragged garb actively seeks to cover the entirety of the Land of Ooo in frost.
It is extremely fun.

Various IKF sketches from throughout the day.
Don’t ask me why he’s wearing an oversized winter sweater, he doesn’t even need to wear one?
A crappy cell phone photo of some sticky note doodles from calligraphy this morning while waiting for the teacher to pass out materials~ Featuring a bunch of things (including a bit of Betty in my style? I actually have more doodles, but they’re on one of my papers from Poetry this last Wednesday and that would require taking another crappy cell phone photo), as per the usual. Just kinda used whatever pens were in my pencil case. …and I guess you get a bit of one of my practice sheets in the corner? Sure, why not.
Got kinda morbid with that second Hinawa, wow.

More midnight doodling! This time featuring Mother 3 and Ice King Finn headcanon.
And I do this midnight doodling thing enough that now I’m tagging it, woohoo?

Experimenting with single-stroke lines (unless it’s a sketch, I tend to do the combined-tiny-strokes thing) + imitation pencil brush and a (mostly) lack of drawing planning. Also, headcanoning.
The things I do while working on essays, wow.
Headcanon keeps happening! Anyway, another quick doodle I did for Kuruk.
I’ve never drawn FP before, actually, hence the, um, lack of detail?
Can you tell I’m totally over all of last night’s crappiness? Feels great.

2 am Headcanon: I always felt that Hinawa’s character actually hides a great depth of despair. Maybe it’s because I’m compensating for the fact that she’s never portrayed negatively, or maybe it’s just because the story can’t start until she dies. I’m not quite sure how to explain it.
So, ever since I wrote that one darkfic, I’ve had so many feels for these two ;___;
I finally realized exactly what I imagine the Mr. Saturns sound like.
It’s the squeaky aliens from Toy Story.
(Also, brb, just remembered Toy Story 3’s fantastically-fun-to-analyze existential bent.)
