This is actually a serious problem with my work - I mean, the Commander and the pigmasks in SaB are almost the same height most of the time, for goodness’ sake!
I accidentally reference-less ultra-sloppy Gravity Falls sketch. Still trying to figure out how to draw these two, and I have no idea how I could manage the other characters in my drawing style, if it ever came to that.

Flint genderbend, as previously discussed. Spent more time thinking about it than I probably should have, to the point that I already have massive amounts of headcanon.
Gonna have to put lots of thought in to how Hinawa would look.
