So, it’s been a while, and I owe everybody an explanation.
But first and foremost, before putting the rest of this under a spoiler tag, NO, I HAVE NOT ABANDONED SAB. Just getting that out of the way right now.
Explanation and information after the “Read More”:
I’d say this hiatus has lasted long enough - there’s really no excuse for me to not be working on it any more.
I’m sorry if this gets in the way of timely releases of Impact chapters, or doodle fun times (as much as I loooooooove doodling), or if you guys have to wait even longer for chapter 2 of Hinawa Story, but SaB is still my primary project and even with starting it up regularly again it’s gonna take years, most likely, to finish. Even though I’m expecting my summer to get busier later on, I might as well pick up the pace while I still can XD
Nor do I really have an explanation as to why I wasn’t working on it - it was for probably about twenty different non-important reasons, all combining in to one semi-important reason. But again, at this point I don’t really have an excuse.
I used to be able to do a whole SaB page and still have time to work on other things - I have to reteach myself to do that again.
For those who follow SaB on DeviantArt, I have great news - I’ve finished uploading the SaB backlog to my new DeviantArt account! This, for those who don’t also follow on Starmen.net, includes two new pages, so don’t accidentally skip over them!
Similarly, if you’re still following the old account, I am no longer updating it. And, eventually, it might be deleted entirely (of course, that wouldn’t happen until after I reupload non-SaB stuff to the new account). Just warning everybody in advance. : )
Dear Friends and Followers,
I’m sure you’ve noticed something very different about my internet handle.
I’ve decided to adopt a new username. This has nothing to do with anything serious, but rather my own peace of mind - I’ve had the same username for forever and a day, and through a lot of fandoms, too. I just feel like it’s time for a change, since I feel so much disconnect between the me of now and the me of eight years ago. Similarly, assuming the internet - in all its incapability - is connected to me professionally in the future (all likelihood points to yes), all the spaztasticness of my youth will follow me, and I’d like to lessen that as much as possible.
I’m not gonna pretend I’m not the same person or anything like that, so don’t worry XD I just thought it was time for a change, as much as it’ll probably take a while for others (and myself) to get used to it.
Sorry for throwing this out all of a sudden! It’s really strange but kind of exciting for me, honestly.
