I know this isn’t anything particularly special, but I figured I should draw something for Mother 3’s anniversary! Here’s to another year of colorful happiness barely masking multiple levels of complexity and brutal heartbreak~
So, I was thinking of something like this? Other than the eyes it’s almost literally exactly the same as before, actually.
Anyway, here’s all the sketches from last night and today of me trying to figure out how this even works. Other than the giant colored Hinawa, the sketch pages are in the order that I drew them.
They really are just not-insane IKF eyes, wow. But I do really like these kinds of eyes.
…And if nothing else, at least that one doodle of Ceese Linley looks good in this style.
Working on rethinking how I draw Mother 3’s cast with a bit more facial diversity. It’s, uh, a work in progress.
And Flint’s hat isn’t quite centered on his head all the way, whoops.

Me drawing characters with flowers is a phase I will probably never grow out of.

(Anyway, messing around with something a little different from what I usually do, didn’t really clean it up too much. And maybe one day I’ll actually be able to fall asleep when I want to and not post doodles at three in the morning.)
In which I plan on going to bed early, but end up not being able to sleep and pulling a near all-nighter for almost no reason. Whoops.
